Contacted SQ (Alliance) Thur08/24/23-spoke w/Sherikia * explained issue-she stated price of part on site showed $500 * offered 20% discount. B/c outside 5-yr warr, must pay $1283.66. Understand components break down but based on major issue w/i 7 mos of purch, again 2 yrs later * now again is unacceptable. Based on reviews, purch this very expensive SQ b/c would last 25 yrs.
